PNW trad and MTB

Hey everyone, I’ll be making it up to the PNW soon until September and would be psyched to climb, ride and hang with some solid peeps if you’re out there!

Have gear, beer, and usually lots of stoke. I’ve been mountain biking most of my life, would be psyched to chase someone down their favorite steeps!

Trad climbing a year and change, I’m just breaking into Tahquitz 5.9 leads down here. I’ve heard the Index area is similarly graded so hoping to get on a bunch of 9’s maybe 10’s by end of summer.

Kind of in summer mode but also can be convinced to dust the skis off for a worthy backcountry objective.

Anyways hit me up if you’re looking for a climbing or riding buddy, I should be in the Seattle vicinity by month end!

I ride after work and usually one day on the weekend.  I ride mostly Raging but also Tokul and sometimes Tiger.  Up for climbing as well.  I will follow anything you lead and should be fine swapping leads.  Will take me a trip or two to get me lead head back in shape and build endurance.  Have a fair bit of experience both on the bike and on the rock.

I'll be in Tacoma end of this month through August and am looking for a trad partner as well. Been trad climbing for about a year and will be brand new to the PNW, most of my trad being at Seneca Rocks, WV. I've gotten into leading 5.7s, comfortable following 10s, have a 70m, full rack including doubles of cams from 0.2 - #3, and plenty of stoke. If you're interested in exploring some rock together let me know!

Awesome thanks for replying both. I'd be super keen for some chill cragging days. I'll be up there with my GF and she loves easy crack climbs so it could work out nicely! I'll reach out early June or so to see if you're still interested. 

Still on the hunt for someone who can swing 5.9/possibly 10a leads with in the Index/Leavenworth area!

Heyo, my bf and I will be in Leavenworth/Index area in a few days. We both MTB and climb, he climbs 5.11 trad and I’m a newb currently leading 5.8/9 trad and stoked to push into new grades on granite this summer.
