Thanks Ross. I’m looking for some really small footholds though. Some that will fit on a 2” space next to my finger crack

Interesting... You could try buying just some 1"x2" and chop off little blocks (1.5"), placing them grain left-right, maybe router or just sand down the top edge to round out.  Then screw them on after countersinking.
