The sizes are approximately a range from BD Camalot 0.4/0.5 to #1. The green DMM cam with no sling has a hole in the plastic sheath around the wire cable (see picture). Yates didn't want to resling it, but I couldn't see any fraying of the wire itself so I just looped runner on it and called it good; use your best judgement / yer probably gonna die.
