Our place is perfect for one or two people. Centrally located in a VERY quiet neighborhood in Bishop on a cul de sac, the duplex is walking distance to the heart of Bishop (Looney Bean, Black Sheep, Mountain Rambler). There is a private, fenced-off front yard, with curbside parking for two cars. The space is a 600-square-foot one-bedroom, with fully stocked kitchenette (large fridge, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, etc.), small living/dining room area (shared with kitchenette), large bathroom with bathtub and shower, and a small desk zone with shelving provided as a work space. Private WiFi, trash/recycling, all utilities are covered during your stay. The ideal stay would be 1 to 4 months, and it's available beginning May 2, 2021. No pets, no smokers, please. Drive times: 25 minutes to the Owens River Gorge, 20 minutes to Buttermilks, 15 minutes to Happy/Sad Boulders, 50 minutes to Mammoth...close to it all!
