Anyone know what the snow is like at Sugarloaf?

I'm considering Sugarloaf tomorrow but don't have any webcams for the immediate area. There's the Twin Bridges Webcam which shows snow but my irrational side is trying to convince me that it might be free(ish) of snow 10 miles down the hill at Kyburz? Has anyone seen a recent view of the formation?

“We got 8-9” before it warmed up yesterday. It’s a slushy icy mix out there now probably 4-6..loaf is probably drying but might be a sloppy park and hike”

Thanks everyone. Guess I'll be looking for lower elevation rock.

I was out there today and everything was climb able besides a select few routes that dont see a lot of sun. The hike is wet and I would not recommend topping out the formation, super slick and dangerous on the top.

Anyone been by and think Sugarloaf will be climbable this weekend?

Def not.

Lover's Leap Guides posts pretty frequent videos to their story from those areas on Instagram, really helpful to get a glimpse of conditions. They put up a video of Sugarloaf this morning and it looks clear and dry.

The trail will stay muddy for a while but the loaf burns off fast. Usually 1-2 days of sun after a storm is a good bet for dry rock.

Does Woodfords have the same conditions as Sugarloaf?

Sugar loaf was nice and warm today. Little bit of snow in the trails on the north side. Saw Petch (of Lover's leap guides.) Maybe I have a different definition of mud but I wouldn't say that trail has ever been muddy. The grades are too steep and the soil too sandy.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
