I bashed my dome on the 2nd pitch of overhang bypass and my partner had to bail on a green totem and a black diamond bail biner. If anyone has them we’d be hyped to get them back.

Thanks.

How you doing man? I'm the guy who was talking to you as you were getting lowered, not sure if you remember me.

My partner and I were going to get your gear back for you but your partner said he had it covered.

@lars I’m doing well man. No concussion, just some staples and a hard lesson learned. Thanks for your help I appreciate it! I’m definitely missing a few memories from when I slammed to when I was on the ground. Luckily everyone around including yourself were awesome.

@gumby I came off on the crux of the second pitch. Gear held but it was a traverse so I couldn’t help but pendulum back into the rock. Ended up opening up my head. Lots of blood but it wasn’t as bad as it looked. No concussion. A few staples and I was home in bed by midnight. Falling is part of the progress. But I should have had my helmet on. Lesson learned the hard way.

Call the ranger who helped you.  Your gear was recovered and returned to the park.

I was pleased to learn you made it back to Hidden Valley that same day.  Glad the hospital visit went well for you.  Rest up.

Be well, Bernadette

Glad your ok Luke!

Bernadette was asking how you were doing.
