Ticks Can Now Be Private

That's a big change in the entire format of how ticks are recorded... 

But I too think that would be a cooler way to organize them. I imagine something like that would require support from a lot of users. 

I wish the "bar graph" was still visible when I make my personal notes on ticks private. That way someone could glance at a profile when using the partner finder, learn some things about a person's range/interests, but the personal notes are kept private. Eh, it's all gravy either way
