Vegas monthly room rentals

In the 3 years of traveling out of my van, Vegas has been my favorite winter climbing destination but also my least favorite dirtbag destination for obvious reasons. I finally decided to buy a house here as a result. It's just east of summerlin, has 4 bedrooms, and plenty of room for a few vans. If you're looking to do a good bit of climbing in Vegas this winter I'd love to help house you. Rent is 800/mo. Look forward to hearing from you. 

Is it dog friendly? 

As long as the dog is well behaved and won't damage anything. The house has a massive yard that is fenced in so great for pets.
