Great thread! Thanks for compiling this. I’m a big fan of my local softgoods designer LOKI USA. Quality, innovative stuff from Grand Junction.

I made a thread at r/climbeharder to find wood hangboards and here's a list I compiled of various companies around the world:

Permanent:
Metolius/wood grips (US but should be widely available)

Tension - makes several types including one that's semi modular. Beastmaker 1k/2k (UK)   Lattice (UK. Only kind of a hangboard).   Dave Mcleod's Edge (UK)Antworks (Austria)... And then there's the elephant (pun intended) in the room with the $450 mammut board

From Japan there’s Mizo (titanium hardware), Nanga (down gear), Snow Peak and Soto (stoves) and Third Eye Chakra (packs).

Great thread. I make a real effort to use cottage industry gear as much as possible.

Any chance you could link Mizo's website? Do they sell Titanium Glue In bolts? (Nope)

Never mind, found it.

Check out megas_sends on instagram. Making small hang boards for a reasonable price and supporting an actual climber.

Didn’t see Boulder Balm/Orbital Climbing on the list. I use their hand salve and sore muscle salve products with great results. Simple ingredients, husband and wife owned small company, and they also opened a vintage outdoor wear shop as well. They’re based in Nashville, and have been pulling together resources and funds to help their neighbors and neighboring small businesses who’ve been affected by the tornado. Really good people.

This guy is developing a fanny pack for climbing. I do not know if he has a production model yet.

Hmm, a lot of those are hardly "cottage industries", Soto for example is part of Shinjuji who make stuff like the Olympic torch for the games in Japan.

My favorites already made the list! OP, can you provide a link to your YouTube channel?
