Yesterday, I flashed
the pink one in the corner.
It was my warmup.

Check weather reports
Where will I climb this weekend?
Somewhere dry I hope

Forecast looks decent!
But if rain blots out the sun,
We climb in the shade.

So long as the rock
(or our bodies) will not break,
the readiness is all.

though, if forecasts turn
gym climbing is pretty fun.
Gunga galunga.

up, up, and away
goes that little stopper knot
so long evening plans
