In regards to my profile, well some of that stuff, like posting pictures etc. requires a computer skill set I do not posses. Plus I have no tick list or to do list and nobody really cares about that stuff anyway. Nope never climbed in or run a climbing gym, although I did paint that one. I can give no advice on how Dave can run his business. His name is on the mortgage so he runs it as he sees fit.

I thought your name was familiar Kevin. Didn’t you do the interior painting for GVC?  If so nice work!

Yup, outside blue and green as well. Had nothing to do with the stucco. Did the interior floor as well.

How was it painting the floors?  I’ve always been hesitant to have concrete floors painted due to durability. It’s so much less costly to paint though than doing stained or dyed concrete.

I used a 2 part epoxy and of course it was disgusting. We had to close the gym and work at night due to the fumes. It was painted right after they opened and was an after thought. I do them but don't guarantee them. Special considerations when coating a floor.
