El Cap Zodiac or other right side aid route over New Years?

Anyone interested in going up if this weather window holds over new years? If the weather changes and you are interested, keep my info and lets set something up for when the weather opens up. I have a haulbag and portaledge and most other things except for a rope lol.

Yes thanks for the pm. I believe you said you have never aid climbed but unfortunately I need someone who has some experience in that for Zodiac.

Yeah he's right, Zodiac not your first aid climb, unless you french free 5.13 trad wearing a double rack and two ropes, haha

Anyone going for it?....Looks like the boys are still working on the Dawn Wall, but otherwise quiet here in Yosemite. Stellar weather mid day for Five Open Books, Ranger Rock, and Parkline has been tshirt weather (gets sun at 9am)

The boys started up Dawn Wall today.....looked like they had El Cap to themselves.....we howled through the 3rd pitch lead, Nalley looked super solid......wild to see two repeats of Dawn Wall where all the people were doing the hardest route in the Valley for their first ever Yosemite climb (!), so cool to see these guys psych and dedication! Woot Woot! E

Didn't see anyone up there but don't hang down there all the time in the winter......anyone climb EC yet in 2020?

Any reports on the dawn wall climbers?

Bumping this up because we have a big weather window coming next week. I am down to get on something.
