Red rock bouldering Wednesday morning before rain?

Anyone interested in bouldering around Kraft boulders Wednesday morning before the rain comes down? I'm visiting, no car no pad, but lots of stoke! |

No, not really, and anyways it will be higher than that in the morning. |

Xi, You can always go bouldering over at the climbing gym near Desert Rock Sports. |

In the northeast it doesn't matter how wet the rock is. Our sandstone is fragile. If it was desert limestone or desert granite it would be a different situation. |

Anyone else want to pitch in a tarp to keep the Wave dry? The extra 2 days of drying out might make me forget the beta. |

Last year they were saying not to climb three days BEFORE OR AFTER a rain. Dunno if that policy still holds. |

What was the thinking on the BEFORE the rain part? I'm not local, but that seems kinds ridiculous. |
