My GF and I are looking for housing for a 6 month stay in Vegas. I am a local climbing guide and spend 6 months out of the year here. We are super chill, sober, don't smoke, and have no pets. Love to cook and mess around on the guitar. I won't be here for January and February as I will be down in Patagonia but my gf will stay back to work on school.
We are looking for a private room and bathroom in a climber house. Vegas really ain't our scene but we will take what we can get. The dream would be somewhere in blue diamond but stoked just the same on summerlin. We will have 2 cars: a subie and a sprinter van - I have had issues parking the sprinter in gated communities. Ideal budget is 400 a month but would spend more on the right place.
If we sound like a good fit or might know someone who would be, please reach out!
We have house sat, pet sat, kid sat, and cleaned vacation homes in the past so open to those kind of situations as well... (I am also a mechanic and handy man)

I've gotten rooms in Vegas for 200 a month before. Thanks for your input though.
