lead britons yesterday and some how some way my Metolius cam got stuck at the top! Who uses cams at the lake anyway.. I put time into it but if someone has more time it’s all yours! It has wiggle room so there is hope. God speed!

I guess I would have to remove the word ‘beautiful’ from your post if ya got a cam stuck!
I say, wait for the evening when the rock cools off and slightly contracts. Maybe you can pull it out then.

Can you claim a "clean" lead if you leave gear in the rock? ;)

Bravo for knowing/abiding to the rules of booty. A rarity these days.

No real need to alert climbers about stuck gear...climbers will ultimately:
-Find it -Remove it -Keep it
It's how it goes bros....

My rack now consists of a bunch of stoppers and ONE metolius cam! Moving up in the world :-)
There are still 2 cams stuck on top of brintons buttress. One yellow metolius with a broken wire and a green BD ultralight that is overcammed into oblivion. Props to anyone that can get those out. Good luck!
