Eastern Sierra climbing options with kids?

I'm looking for suggestions for eastern Sierra climbs for me and my family for this coming week.

My kids are 8 and 12. 5.6-5.8 multi-pitch is likely our sweet spot. The approach is often our crux. We've climbed a bunch of multi-pitch together, including in Tuolumne and the valley. We did Cathedral a couple years ago, with a bivy, and that's probably a reasonable benchmark for what we could pull off: ~5 mile approach + 6-8 moderate pitches for overnight, or shorter approach for a car to car journey.

I've got Crystal Crag on the to-do list, and would welcome any other thoughts as I peruse some options, which I will post up for comment. Thank you!

There's a three pitch 5.6 on Cardinal Pinnacle. I've never done it, so I don't know if it's recommended. Definitely a short approach though.

PSOM slab in Pine Creek... solid!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
