Petzl Microtraxion New Amazon $65

$57.81 + $6.21 shipping. Not sure why they're so cheap right now but stock is low so grab it while you can.

Thanks for giving me the sense of urgency to finally commit and purchase one of these (:  Seriously, no sarcasm.  I didn't realize what a good deal it was until I saw another FS post in this forum today selling these for $100 per unit.

Shows $83 now, must have been quick.

Now I'm really glad you gave me that sense of urgency...  @ Justin S, oddly enough, if you use this link, it still shows the price at what Emil mentioned and what I purchased at.  It showed "1 left in stock" when I ordered so I believe I got the last one in stock.  I got the link from my order page, and you need to look specifically that it is shipped and sold by "Amazon Global Store UK."  It will show temporarily out of stock, but that means they won't bill ya until it ships.  Worth a shot!

Sold by "My Petzl" and not "Petzl". Soooo, use your best judgement on this "deal".

@randy The one's at $57 were by Petzl sold through Amazon Global Store UK. You can still go to "Other Sellers" and see them listed. The current ones at $84 are by Petzl and all sold through vendors that are fulfilled by Amazon. Not sure where you're seeing "My Petzl"

I was referencing the UK one that was listed lower and had an image of the prototype traxion with two gold side plates instead of the black and gold sideplates which indicate sealed ball bearings. The two gold side plates was an early prototype version.

I have seen a rise in fake products being sold on amazon from the "OEM". For example, toyota/denso spark plugs are having a lot of fakes.

To my knowledge there have not been and fake copies made of the traxion?

@randy You're totally right. The second picture is a completely different product. I'll be sure to triple check it when it comes in. Thanks for pointing that out!!
