I haven't decided where to go for summer yet but Canmore is on my list. What are your objectives?
I am not sad and lonely, BTW. ;)
Nicole.

Around what time in summer do you plan on coming? I live close by and have never had problems finding partners. There's 2 Facebook groups you can check out (Banff Belay Monkeys and Bow Valley Climbing Crew). Message me when you're closer to your trip and hopefully we can meet up.

Hey :)
I’m in Canmore and will be going through the mountains sometime this week. Looking for partners. When I climbed everyday I was pushing 5.12 sport, 5.11 trad, off the couch I’m a solid all around 5.10 climber. Happy to climb single pitch, multi pitch, or whatever your eyes are on. Just want to experience some rock out here :D
Message me :)

Hey there, i am from Germany and did some rope access work for the last weeks in Saskatchewan. Actually i stay in Moose Jaw (close Regina) Tomorrow or tuesday the site will be finished and i have 1 week to travel and climbing. I have all my equipment with me and i like to see/feel the mountains around Banff. It is not necessary to climb very hard. Maybe to get the feeling of nature and impressions of the countryside it would be nice to do some multi pitch slabs to 5.8 . But every other thing is fine tue.
I like to go by car on Wednesday (07/10) morning or thuesday (07/9) afternoon. it takes probably 8 hours to drive. with breaks maybe 10. i like to stay anywhere in a motel cause the camping equipment is still at home in Germany ;) if you have a guidebook or knowledge about the area would be cool but not necessary. by the way, i am 47 years young and at home i climb with people age 24 to 65 and kids to. so age doesn't matter.
give me a sign if you like to share some hours in the mountains with me.
thanks and hope to see you.
