Anasazi Guide sizing / stretch

I searched and came up mostly empty. Does anyone have experience with the Anasazi Guide, specifically how much stretch I can expect, and/or how they size compared to Blancos? Do they stretch a full size like most leather shoes?

I don't have a comparison vs blancos, but I tried on some guides a couple of years ago ( pre- adidas) and they ran significantly smaller than the VCS or mocs. 1.5- 2 sizes smaller, if I can recall. If you don't have a local place to try them on, order 4 pairs off of backcountry and return the 3 pairs that don't fit. I believe they have $7 flat rate return shipping.

I love my Guides for long routes. I bought my street shoe size, 10 1/2.  They stretch a bit.  Now I can wear them with socks which is actually ideal.

The leather is not that durable in cracks.  I coated the outside with shoe goo (or something like that) to improve durability.

There is an eBay seller who has them for $70 but the largest size they have listed is 1 size smaller than my “all day” fit Blancos. Might just pass, I don’t exactly need a 4th pair of shoes.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
