Title pretty much says it all. Anyone know of any spots near St. Louis to set up a TR without someone leading? I didn't see any at Robinson bluff or pere Marquette on mountain project.

Chubb Trail crag or St. Francois State Park are probably you're closest options.

absolutely a trail to the top. just keep following the old gravel road you hike up to reach the Lily wall, and while staying on the road, keep going past the Lily Wall. The road comes to a "Y", just hang left. It will take you to the top of the bluff directly above the Lily Wall.

But once you’re up there it’s all bushwack from wall to wall correct, no actual developed trail?

since Pere Marquette is not a largely used for too roping, yes, the top of the crag is well vegetated.

You could also try St. Francois State Park in Missouri.

I am looking into setting up some TR action here and wanted to know if I would be slinging trees or building something off of chains.

Yes you can reach them from cliff top though some are easier to get at than others.

- I was just a chubb crack, I had to setup anchors to trees to lower down to top rope bolts. A warning about this spot. Bring good bug spray, i got eaten by mosquitoes, ticks, and chiggers. I think i got the ticks and chiggers at the top in the tall grass because my fam at the bottom only had to deal with mosquitoes.

I'm in Northern Indiana. The closest gym that I know of is 1.5 hrs away with no traffic.
