I’m visiting Squamish for the first time and looking for a partner for sport climbing. I can lead 5.9/10a, clean 10c, happy to belay.

Hi Leanna! I'm free the end of next week and hoping to find people to climb with! Based in Seattle and happy to go wherever - it seems like a crummy weather week; was wondering if you were weighing a few different crags or definitely planning on Squamish? I climb at a similar level!

I’m in Squamish now and my campground reservation ends on the 26th. If weather is good I might stick around. If not I’ll be looking for dry places to climb. Skaha and/or Leavenworth are the closest places with favorable weather forecasts as of now.

Let me know what if you want to meet up somewhere.

Mary - neat! I’m also from Seattle, taking my vacation up there (through the 7th but I have partners arriving the 1st). I have a place booked in Squamish so I’m planning on sticking around in the area. I don’t know the area at all so if there’s a nearby crag with better weather I’m open. Coastie  - I definitely don’t wanna make the drive from Squamish to Leavenworth but open to other options.

Yup, the rain is for real. If anybody needs a partner when it dries up drop me a text - I’ll be around until 7/7.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
