Any info on 6/8 Yosemite rappelling accident/death on Central Pillar of Frenzy?

Friend still in the Valley just sent me this, we were over there Sat morning.

Thats sad. 

I believe this person may have been a good friend of mine. I am trying to get details.

Rappelling accident, no details yet. 

This was my little sister, Trish.  I'm not a climber so this is all new to me, but all I know thus far is that it was indeed a rappelling accident. She had taken the lead to get the team down before dark and something, what exactly still isn't clear, went horribly wrong.  She did not survive the fall, unfortunately.  No one else was injured.  Our family in Michigan was notified yesterday morning, and word got to me in Orange County shortly thereafter.  I've spoken to her boyfriend who was present at the time.  He's still not sure just what happened.
