Grayson Bouldering along the AT?

I'm currently in Damascus about to continue northward in my AT thru. However, looking to get some beta for different areas in Grayson that I'll be walking by or recommendations for a good area to check out for half a day (keep in mind I wont have a crash pad and only trail runners).

I've tried looking up using MP's map feature but that doesn't display trails, and doing this research on a phone is more difficult than I initially thought.

Thanks!

Look at the Highlands area, it is literally on the AT, but without the guidebook it may take a little exploring to find specific boulders.  If you don't mind hiking a little further you can also hike up the road towards the visitor center and boulder at the Listening Rock Trail area, which is easier to navigate.

Be advised that there is likely to be no cell service, so if you are using the MP app you may want to download the 2 specific areas mentioned above while you have service.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
