So, thankfully the Mountain project community put me in my place when I listed this at a much higher price. I was pretty positive something of the sort would happen, so here it is, price reduced significantly, for your solo climbing dreams.
$500- This covers shipping as well. PayPal will be the method of payment.

Tristan. Why don’t you take all the time you spend trolling on Mountain Project, do something instead that makes you a little bit of money, and then buy it for the asking price or, heck, maybe just make a fair offer. You appear to actually want it and it seems you’re projecting your frustration with the fact that you don’t want to pay a fair price for it. I think this offers a logical solution.

You said in your last post OBO. I threw out an offer. Thats what its worth to me. Even that is crazy when my gri gri works just fine for rope soloing but it would be nice to have an SP which is desiged for it. So if you dont find anyone to buy it I'd love to get it for $250. Not trying to be a dick or troll just saying that its a used piece of gear and yeah there is some crazy demand for them but if they were still making these youd be selling this for $100.

A burner account created to sell something? And then an admin chimes in that he thinks it will actually sell at the asking price. And then half of the posts about it being overpriced get deleted.
Looks like an admin is abusing his privileges to make some money. Lame.

It’d be worth $500 if it came with a years supply of Dutch Rudders

Why are they so expensive? I’ve used gri gris, traxions, shunts... all worked fine?

Ok for aiding but kind of sucks or free climbing. Trax or shunt for leading....no. The SP self feeds better than most any dedicated rope-solo leading device, and they don’t make them anymore. Sold mine for a good bit, I’d not be surprised at all if someone payed $500.

Silent Partner hands down feeds the best for lead solo. Set it. Forget it. That’s why.

If you weight the bottom end of the rope the other devices feed nicely, I just don’t get why these would be worth 100’s if dollars more; they must feed flawlessly and give you and OTPHJ when your done climbing.

Do you understand the difference between TR rope solo and lead rope solo?
