Looking for climbing partners in Chattanooga

Hi everyone!

I just moved to Chattanooga and I am looking for climbing partners in the area. I know there are tons out there, which is very exciting. I prefer sport climbing, but have the crash pads to go out and boulder and the gear for trad if anyone is interested in that as well. I am a nurse, so I am hoping to get outside and climb 4 days a week. I belong to high point and am looking for gym partners too. Let me know if anyone wants to get out. Oh, and I have two dogs which wouldn't mind getting outside as well :)

Hiya Steph, I'm up for sport and trad, with the gym only as a last resort if it rains!  
Not sure if I climb at your grades ... I'm working on routes in the 10 range. Still struggle with the occasional 9, but also send an easy 11 here and there.  I am available weekends and weekday evenings after 4pm.

Hi Steph. I just moved to Chattanooga as well. I'm also looking for climbing partners and seem to be having no luck. I am lucky enough to have the fall free to climb as much as I can. Weekends, weekdays, I'm game as long as the weather is good. Climb trad, sport, easy boldering. Hit me up.

hey Steph I'm coming down to Chattanooga next week.  I would love to sport climb and boulder. I have a crash pad to. I was also looking into deep water soloing.

Andres unless your packing a full wetsuit you’re going to want to change your deep water soloing plans. It’s like mid 30’s here and getting colder. Namaste. 

Dude's from Oakland. If he surfs around there, Lake Nickajack this time of year will probably feel just like home!

(Though he will have a tough time finding anyone dumb enough to go out with him.)

I feel ya on that Chuck. I was in San Diego in May and a full suit was a must. Namaste brother. 

yea I actually do have a wetsuit. Think I'll still give it a try. if not I'll just go bouldering in prentice cooper

I'll be in Chattanooga Dec 19-23! I'm an attentive belayer, and we can chat healthcare (I'm in physical therapy!)

I live in Acworth,Ga. About 30 miles north of Atlanta. Haven’t climbed since I moved back here from Colorado 2 years ago. Would like to meet some folks to climb with. Chattanooga is an easy drive for me.

Hey all! I’m looking for a partner March 5-10. I’m really psyched to check out some of the harder routes at T-wall but happy to clip bolts and explore other crags too. I haven’t climbed a lot in the area so any beta / recommendations is welcome!

Moved to Chatt from CO Springs and also looking for climbers. Looks like the weather should be fairly decent this weekend and looking for a partner to go out venturing. Have quite most of the gear for trad (need some more slings and carabiners) but all the gear for sport. PM if your down for heading outside this weekend
