Just wondering.

There are some features that I would like to see and don't mind taking the time to make a PR for if it was on GitHub.

For example:
- map filtering by climbing types
- show all climbs in a larger area (not just at the sub-areas)

Seconded! Or at least an API for the route database

Thanks man, good to know!

Edit: it seems like it doesn't let you search by route name, which would be nice for something like a r/climbing "route bot"

You could always try to hit https://www.mountainproject.com/search?q=route%20name and then parse from there. Not exactly API-y though

Here's the bot's source code.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
