Whats the sizing like on the Dharma compared to street shoe?

I wear my street shoe size in the Dharma. I am a size 10 street shoe. These Dharma's are about a half size too small for me. I can never get through the break in period and usually go for comfort out of the box in my climbing shoes.

How do the alturas fit you?

They fit me snug and comfortable for long multipitch

I have a pair of Shaman's in 42.5 but they hurt my feet after 30 mins. How do the Dharma's in 42.5 compare, bigger or smaller?
