Bishop Wind Sheltered Climbing

The wind today is bad enough to blow away crash pads while climbing if not careful; are there areas you guys would recommend that are more sheltered from the wind? 

There is this place called Owens River Gorge.

Usually the happies and sads aren't as windy. some of the pits and caves in the sads are probably completely sheltered.
