Cilogear contact needed

All sorted... It seems that I was in a mini vortex of orders, trade shows and other things that came into play with getting my pack done and having them keep me up to date with what the heck was going on.

I have received my pack, a 30, and it seems to be as good as their reputation, now I just need to dial in my strap technique....

And I had a follow up question and got a reply within a day!

Does anyone on here have a way to actually communicate with Cilogear?

Been waiting on a pack since oct 11 and they finally shipped it yesterday but to wrong address despite me emailing them three times with new address.

They never answer their phone and email responses are about a 20 percent at best rate.

They can change shipping address via their software but they won’t answer phone, email etc. Very frustrated.

Horrible customer relations.

Thanks to anyone who can help

Have you tried facebook/Instagram? I've seen some folks have luck getting in touch with them through those outlets.

I would love to have a Cilo pack but have always been put off by the poor communication.  They should hire me to be their office manager and implement a new inventory system - I think they could take their business to a new level with that.

In the future, the mountain shop in Portland sells cilogear packs. I've bought 2 from them without issue and they free overnight shipped it to me after ordering over the phone. Their employees also texted me photos of their different packs to show me the colors they had. Havent dealt with CGs customer service, but my experience buying through the mountain shop has been excellent.

I have got three packs from them despite slow but sattisfactory customer service. They will eventually get back to you. They are sometimes a mess with communication I was told multiple times my pack was in the mail before they even made the new pack. But you need to realize that by buying from a small company your not going to get the same customer service as from backcoutry.com.  They even took care of me on a relitivly new 45L w/nwd pack that devolped holes in it. They said it was caused by chemicals although I know that’s bs and likely a bad batch of fabric. They lost a bunch of money on that deal but did it anyway to take care of me. I would say just keep calling +1.503.305.3858. I would just keep calling and emailing and eventually I would get a slow response. That all being said the packs are worth it and expect my w/Nwd packs to last long enough to give to my kids.

I don't think its the small company effect (have ordered from others, NWAlpine for example with great service), I think they climb too much perhaps. Still, they are friendly at least.

Your order went in right at the time that the news about HK broke. I'm guessing that Graham and the rest had other things on their minds and your order fell through the cracks. Bummer you've been waiting so long on your order.

I've always be able to reach them on the phone, and have had them repair packs for free when buckles broke or straps needed replacing. It's a small company, and they're pretty notorious for having long backlogs on their orders.

A public thank you to everyone who reached out and offered help with this!

Have the pack in my hands and it seems to be worthy of the reputation.

Thanks again.
