Patagonia->Peru at December->July

I am Coming to South America at the 19dec. And looking for climbing partner, I have experience with Sport/Trad (7a sport, 6b Trad) . I coming with full rack.
willing to visit El Chalten, piedra parada, Bariloche Frey, Santiago, and to try alpine climbing in Bolivia-Peru.

Nope. I Am willing to learn but I dont have expirince with alpine climbing and I wont have Ice gear at that part of the trip.

yes I am still looking. I will arrive to Chalten at 1+- of January.

what is your experience with alpine climbing? what grads you can lead on trad\sport?

Malcolm Ferguson, Artur Soldatenko, Meyers0117 I just PM'd all of you. I will be down in Chalten from December 28th to January 20th and am keen to do some rock routes on some of the smaller peaks in the Fitzroy massif (de l'S, Guillaumet, also heard there are some killer moderate cracks on El Mocho...). I will also be bringing full kit for ice routes too and am in general pretty down to attempt anything that is in condition and is safe.

I will be in peru all of December, based in Cusco. There is sport around there, and I can ask my Peruvian climbing friend about trad, via email, bc he will not arrive back until later in the month. This is why I am looking for another partner.

I am interested in what is around arequipa, but it may be all mountaineering. I did not research it yet.
