Rocktown Pass

Does anyone have a link for the new Rocktown pass?  Apparently, its a fishing licence? I could not find it on the SEC website.

I'm really confused... is there any documentation on what license or permit is needed for Rocktown?  I was digging around and couldn't find anything.

Either a fishing license or a hunting license is sufficient. If you're coming from out of state, I think the fishing license is the best deal. The license will cover access to the land for climbing, and camping as well. I know it seems weird to buy a fishing license to go climbing. Just go with it. There's a reason behind all these shenanigans.

The SCC put up a Facebook post about all this mess when the new law first went into effect this summer. So far that's the most comprehensive documentation I've seen on the whole thing.
