Anyone interested in buying 16 acres of land with a 400ft tall granite cliff in the back yard? This is 40 min from Downtown Grand Junction, in Unaweep Canyon, in Western Colorado. The Western Co Climbers' Coalition is trying to off load the build-able land in front of the cliff we purchased to keep it open for climbing. We need to sell it to pay back our loan to the Access Fund so they can put that money towards new land acquisitions.

Interesting, but the $85k doesn't include the cliff?

You would still have access to the cliff but this way so would everyone else.

there;s no property boundary shown on that listing. It's impossible to see where the property starts or stops. Street veiw shows a few small building nearer the road but the listing states none.

We have driveway and well permits in place. We need to pay this back as we are tying up funds for the Access Fund Revolving loan program. Sooner it is sold, the sooner the Access Fund can save another chunk of climbing!
