Bald clean looking outcropping near Black Mountain SKi Resort

Anyone know what this is? 44°34'26.8"N 70°39'30.2"W - google.com/maps/place/44%C2…'26.8%22N+70%C2%B039'30.2%22W/@44.5741188,-70.6605897,1131m/data=!3m2!1e3!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x0!8m2!3d44.574115!4d-70.658401 - it's in Rumford, ME and directly approximately 2 miles east of Black Mountain Ski Resort.

So judging by the elevation map the south east corner looks pretty steep. Is there climbing there or it's just an illusion?
