Graduate student looking for apartment/room rental between Davis/San Fran and climbing partners. Oct-April

I know MP isn't meant to find a place to live, but I trust the climbing community far and away more than some of the other options out there.

I am a graduate student (physical therapy) from Denver and will be in the San Fransisco/Napa/Davis area for a 6 month clinical rotation with David Grant Medical Center. The rotation will be from Oct 2016 through April 2017. I am more than happy to pay deposit, first month, and last month rent. I am a very respectable guy (28) and will be spending a lot of time at work and studying for my boards... AKA quiet and independent. If you have any leads or have any more questions please send me a PM.

On that note, I will be looking for climbing partners as well. Sport, bouldering, weekend trad adventures, I love and have experience in all of it.
