Closest bet would be in Jackson. Rock springs buttress comes to mind. Lander would also be the obvious choice but a pretty far drive if you're in kemmerer. There's a few bolted sport routes here around Pinedale but nothing good enough to travel for.
at the community college in green river theres actually a pleasantly surprising amount of well bolted routes on the two formations west or left of the building from the front.
ive actually been meaning to ask people here if they have any route info or who developed this area.
The climbing at Wild Iris in Lander is not too far away. Along with Tensleep (which is much farther away), it is the best climbing in the state. it is probably about 120 miles from Kemmerer. It is about 30 miles outside of Lander but on the Kemmerer side of things. There is a lot of information about it here. Check out the OK Corral area. All sport routes and well bolted.
Logan canyon has some good stuff also, on the other side of Bear Lake. It is near the ski area of Beaver Mountain, if you know where that is.
I grew up in Kemmerer and live in Lander now. Shoot me a PM if you want any other info about the climbing around here. I went to high school with Shane Vineyard. Any relation?

Honestly, the closest thing that I know of is Echo Canyon which is just over an hour away from Kemmerer. Other options as have been mentioned are Wild Iris which is 2 hours away, Logan Canyon which is about 1 hour 45 minutes away, also there is Hoop Lake in UT which is about 1 hour 45 minutes away, but only hard routes currently developed, also most of the climbing in the Uinta mountains is about 1 hour 45 minutes away. I'm sure there is other stuff around, but that's all I know about. Good Luck!
