I found your mammut neon gear 45 pack at castle rock. PM me with a contents description and I'll get it back to you.

Good job posting this, Mike. But how does someone "forget" or lose their pack? (rhetorical question, but it would be interesting to hear how it happened). Too much wacky tobacky? Accident?

It appears that whomever left it, forgot about it. It wasn't right under a particular climb but at a spot where most people set up top ropes for Never a dull moment and others to the left. It wasn't loaded with a whole rack or anything, just a few items, and mostly empty. So my guess is that the majority of equipment was accounted for and the party continued to climb at other locations around the cliff until they had forgotten about it. That said, I'll be pretty happy about the booty inside unless I can find the rightful owner.

I found three nice approach shoes, two socks, one biner, and an unopened tampon at Sherwood Forest on Friday. It's Boulder Canyon.
