Returning to Squamish next weekend and I'd like to pickup a guidebook before I go. Any recommendations?

And who else wants to join this party? We are currently a party of 2, heading into Vancouver on July 31st. We plan on getting on some of the classics on Monday Aug 1st so we don't have to deal with as much traffic on route. We'll just be climbing moderate routes, nothing crazy!

Squamish Select seems to be the current go-to guide.

Just as a heads up crowds will still be there! I was around the first week of July and Mon through Thursday the popular routes still had a procession of parties. Admittedly that week is a pretty popular vacation week, but I would still plan for some traffic. Lighter than weekends for sure but you will not be alone on Skywalker or Diedre for example (most likely... You may be pleasantly surprised)

I'm heading up there close to the first of August with my wife and one year old. Mostly bouldering to hang with the little guy, but I'm bringing the whole kitchen sink in case I can get off the ground!

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
