If seb is right and they're been falsifying their specs, then I care. False advertising is wrong. I want to live in a country where manufacturers and retailers don't make claims that are factually wrong.

I read it, pretty shocking, it also goes into their business practice and how their whole ambassador thing is very pyramid scheme-esque. It's basically just one giant con, you probably should care, while you might not buy their stuff they are still trying to con you out of your money.
