Indian Creek, local in need of partners/friends.

Moved out here about a year ago and, naturally, began climbing. Looking for people to climb/ have fun with/ learn from. I have no rack, being new to this. But I can lead 10+ sport and Im willing to attempt to follow just about anything. I learn quick. Let's swap belays

Hey Jesse-I will be living in Moab for the winter. I am a very experienced climber, but I haven't been out for quite awhile so the first day might be a bit rusty. I'd love to get out for an easy low-commitment day. I love the creek, but I'd rather stick closer to town at first, maybe Potash road. I'll be swinging up to Moab probably around the 22nd, and am definitely down to climb at the Creek or around town. I don't have a rack, just a rope and some draws, but I lived in Moab last year so I'm familiar with the area. I'm essentially free all the time, so just hit me up! Funemployment ftw!

I'm moving to Monticello the 29th, rope and double rack in tow...lead up to somewhere in the low 11 range and happy to put up ropes for a good belay.

Also going to be in the Moab area 2/22-2/24. Mostly full rack with doubles of some, wanting to hit up the anything in the creek/ moab. Hit me up, down to climb anytime

From Colorado, going to Moab from 03/12-03/19 and really want to spend some days in the Creek! I have draws and a rope but no trad gear. My experience with trad is pretty limited to last Creeksgiving. I would love to learn more and push myself. Let me know if your down to climb!

Arriving in Moab tonight, staying for about 2 weeks. I have a tripleish rack and rope. I'm comfortable leading up to 5.9 on gear. Anyone down to climb?

Bummed we wont be there the same time! Cottonwood Campground is awesome for free camping and close to Way Rambo!

Scratch what I said, I'll be in Moab on March 4th till..? So if you want to climb any time after that feel free to shoot me a text/call me at 443.9O7.8296 (I don't have my own internet access).

John, as for free camping, the Creek is sweet, and there's also lots of BLM and USFS land for dispersed camping (though it may be chilly/snowy up in the La Sals). If you want more details, shoot me a PM and I can point out a few specific spots.

I'll be free in Moab from the 8th to maybe the 14th and would like to finally check out the creek. I've never been so I expect to suck but i'll belay on anything! I'll have my full rack with me

I'll be in IC 11-13 of March. Wife and dogs don't climb, but I'd like to. I have many cams, but may need to pair up with another rack to do the routes that need more than three or four of the same size piece.
Been climbing a long time, but this is my first Creek trip.
