There are many places that resole climbing shoes. Am wondering if someone could suggest a few that does great and speedy work consistently at a good value. Thanks!

Just sent 3 pairs over to Rock and Resole and got them back like a week and a half later. Super speedy and they did a great job on my katana laces. I've used them 2 other times before and have similar experiences. I would recommend them for sure.

Thanks, Kyle for your suggestion! I'll be between CA, NV, AZ, OR, and WA in the upcoming months so knowing places in different areas is useful.

I just got three pairs back from Rock and Resole. Definitely the best resole job I've ever seen, but took about 4 weeks for me. Their website currently advertises a 3-4 week turnaround: rockandresole.com/ If you happen to use no-edge shoes (La Sportiva Futura, Speedster, etc), R&R can do a no-edge resole. They will also repair rands and uppers to some extent, e.g. rand rubber delaminating from the leather shoe.

3 pairs cost me $140, including toe caps on all three pairs and special rubber (LS no-edge, Vibram XS Grip 2) on two pairs. Not sure if you consider this good value.

Thanks, Todd. I looked into that. They sound great but the 4 week turnaround might not work so well for a traveling person. Hmm...

Gear Fix in Bend fucked up several pairs of my shoes.

Had great results from Locker at Positive Resoles in Joshua Tree. You can drop shoes off at Nomad Ventures in JTree to save on the shipping if you are in town.

If you are in Seattle, Dave Page does a good job, I have had dozens of rock shoes done well.
1 week turnaround.
The climbing shop in Yosemite is good.
Since your post I went into Dave Page shop, was $30 for resole, $7 for rand per shoe ( toe blow outs).
will go up to $35. in April.

Anyone know the number to Rock and Resole?

I've only used ramutasresoles.com/ so far. Best price after shipping, that uses Onyx (which I prefer).

Another vote. One pair resoled using several parking lot meetings while he was here in CO, the other I shipped to Cali. Both came out great.

To the OP, the cheapest resole on the market is Pro Deal Resoles and Benet does great work and has excellent customer service. Pro Deal Resoles
You can also text or email him a photo of the shoes to get a quote and he's typically really fast with getting back to you.

+1 for Locker. Multiple resoles and they're always spot on.

+1 for Ramuta's Resole. Good prices and quality work on my TC pros. My turnaround was 3-ish weeks?. Though I have a couple friends who had theirs back in a week.

I have a few more pairs heading there shortly.

Good luck!

yosemitebum.com, I have had great success through them, i believe this is the evolve factory. 30 for a 1/2 sole. they always have a 3 dollar off deal going on. I got 5 pairs resoled between myself and a friend, less than two week turn around. Jam all shoes into a flat rate box, return shipping is free on three or more pairs. 150 for the 5 pairs with shipping, can't be beat.

Guideline #1: Don't be a jerk.
