to the OP ... find someone to learn off, use their gear and then keep repeating with different folks using their gear

as a beginner you should be learning off someone with experience ... or a guide ... either of which would have sufficient gear for you to play with

once youve played with it enough and know what to look for THEN buy your stuff

thats all there is to it
