Exiled Climber in Newport, OR Seeks Training Partner

I'm about to begin a professional career with the EPA in Newport, Oregon and I am looking for other climbers who might also be exiled to the Oregon Coast. I am beginning a training cycle in January and am aiming to send 13.a at Smith Rock before April, 2017. I'm looking for a partner who can push and be pushed. My goal is to build a bouldering den in March as I will be staying in Newport until 2018. If you have a den, please, let me know! I also live in a large house and am looking for a roommate, and a climber roomie would be the best thing! Hit me up if you're a climber in exile (Newport, OR).
