It's not always illegal to be a jerk, selfish, or an asshole. It's likely that the law and these traits overlap, however, in many instances. Like gramma said, "Don't be a Douche, respect the nature, eh.

I'm pretty sure that even without any action beyond this by you this thread meets the criteria for a reportable incident. Californians take fire very very seriously. What about slander? Does that meet the criteria of the law or false accusations? Push this through litigation, see if it stands. Now on another note? What is your problem man? I'm going to take the time to explain this to you, individually to you, and see if you can understand me. I don't know if people set up campfires because they are allowed to use a stove or some other flammable. This is legal, I'm not saying if it is right or wrong. Me being the noob to the area, I phrased my first questions in such a way where everyone immediately jumped the wagon. I tried and tried again to make my explanations, it is consistently failing. Now there is a stance to make a claim on me in court? The ridiculous level of comments are escalating. Now I want to see if its possible to have you understand where I'm coming from. I don't know the atmosphere of the area, the terrain, the level of danger in terms of fire. People camp right by the boulders im told, and all around california I find logs and crafted stoves around boulders, so its not new to me personally. So this is the first time im planning to camp (LEGALLY) out of an undeveloped zone, or at least I wanted to. Are these questions that stupid everyone needed to retaliate and also unwelcome me? THE PRIMARY reason was to understand the schedule of this fire restriction at INYO. I've already decided PVC is the way to go, so anything after this man. I dont know what to say, this thread went terrible.

TROLL or idiocy/both BISHOP/INYO FOREST: FIRE RESTRICTIONS DO YOU SEE HOW DIFFICULT TEXT IS? Jesus christ.. I don't know about any of the dude, but is it my fault that fire existed? I CAME TO FIND OUT ABOUT ALL THAT AND you guys are treating me like I'm the one who did it....
I changed questions 2 & 3 because the level of tension it was causing. This guy says I'm making myself sound less like a douche.... At this point, y'all are trolling me. A presumed troll is getting counter-trolled

I'll be in the area soon doing some "stealth camping" out of sight. First thing I'll do when I get in the area is to go to the ranger station and get fire info. I don't need a fire so probably won't have one. Especially since I'll be cooking on a stove. From what I know, I'll need a fire permit for that, which I'll happily fill out. If I find I can have a fire then it's possible I will. It will be a small controlled fire, aka "stealth fire" within the legal scope of campfires. However, even if it's legal, I know not to start one if my camp isn't clear enough of debri. This is a simple topic with a simple solution and easy to obtain information. Fire restrictions are often not mandated within certain time frames. They often change with the weather. Be prepared to not be able to have a fire in california at anytime.
