Need a place to rent: SF or Marin...

Relocating to the Bay Area for work (downtown). Having a difficult time finding a reasonable rental situation for self, girlfriend and a damn cute indoor cat.

We're employed, respectful and pay our bills in a timely manner. Affordable, with storage for bikes and paddle boards, would make it all the sweeter. Long-term, short-term or caretaker situations considered.
