Ouray 12/31-1/4 - room available

My girlfriend and I have a place reserved on Main St. in Ouray for NYE through Jan 4. We've had some folks bail and now have some extra room. As such, I thought I'd open it up to the MP community.

The place is a 2bd/2ba. One of the bedrooms is available as well as some room on the floor in the living room, allowing up to 4 extra people. The price will vary based on number of people, etc, but will be $90/night or less *total*.

We plan on climbing every day either in the ice park or backcountry. You certainly don't have to join us for climbing, but you are welcome to. This is our third season on ice, so we don't climb super hard (up to WI5 or so). We've got a ton of gear, too. If you're new to ice, we wouldn't mind setting up a few TRs and offering basic instruction. If you need some gear, there's a chance we can provide, too.

As for us, we in our early 30's. We will definitely be partying somewhere in Ouray (not the condo) for NYE and will likely be out and about (hot springs, bars, etc.) most evenings. We plan on keeping the condo quiet and clean so you should as well. Pets are not allowed.

I should add that the dates are flexible. While we'd prefer someone to stay the whole time, shorter stays are possible.
