Class Description; Through deliberate sequencing, students move through a series of poses that help to strengthen and balance the body to target climber specific needs. Yoga for climbers is intended to increase flexibility, strengthen complimentary muscles, increases level of concentration, improve body/breath awareness, and develop core strength. This class is beginner friendly. All levels are welcome!
About Laura: Laura Adrian is devoted to living life fully. She lives her passions through teaching yoga, rock climbing, hiking, and CranioSacral Therapy. Laura fell in love with yoga over 10 years ago. This love lead her to explore many forms of yoga and teacher trainings, so she can share her passion and wisdom with others through yoga classes, workshops, and retreats.
