Certain areas are unavailable for download

New user to the app but it looks like this is a common problem judging by the other posts.

I'm trying to download the Yosemite package but it says 0.00MB. When I tap to download it gives me an import error. There are several other packages showing 0.00MB.

Nexus 4
Android 4.4.2
App version: 2.5

Sometimes our data packager bonks... which it seems to have done before finishing CA. I've rebuilt those missing ones manually. For the app to recognize they are there now, you'll probably have to kill/restart the app.

I've tried several times to download area content for Colorado and Utah on both iPad and iPhone Apps and I get an import error for all downloads? Any help would be appreciated. I'm most interested in the CO Ice & Mixed at this time. Thanks again.

CO Ice & Mixed is now working. Much of the rest of the country is still being rebuilt (alphabetically...).

Thanks so much for your help, but I just tried to upload CO Ice and Mixed to my iPad and I'm still getting the import error. I did delete the app and reinstall it before trying to add the area. Hope the feedback helps.

cannot download canon city right now.....

Our problems persist, and I'm rebuilding everything now. It will take until Tuesday morning (3/3/14) to finish. Sorry for the trouble.

hey man thank a ton for getting, at least the canon city, glitches figured out. we look forwards to a nice sunny day on the rock at shelf, away from the snow on monarch! hope you werent up to darn late.
