Hi guys and gals, looking to do Tyndall and Williamson in May next year. Anyone know what the permit situation is? Surely it's nothing like the Whitney area. Just contact Inyo ranger station?

A few years back USFS changed to using recreation.gov for reserved permits, available up to 6 mo. in advance. As always, get walk-ins at the ranger station.
