Mt. Arapiles/Grampians partners needed- until Nov 12

I am seeking partners for Oct. and Nov. at Araps. I've done two climbing trips there before and love the place. I am open to going to the Grampians too.

I prefer to follow than to lead but I've led 5.9 (17) and can follow up to hard 5.10s (21) once I am back in condition but I am very happy on easier grades as long as the quality is good.

I'll have a rental vehicle and can pick people up. I won't be bringing my rope or rack with me

Hello. I fly into Sydney November 20 and will be in the Arapolies by about the 25. I have about three weeks to climb. It will be a little hot. I have a rack and a rope. I was going to stay at the camp site but is it easy and not to expensive to find a rental room or house In or near the town you are staying in? It will be my first time in Australia but I've traveled and climbed all over the world.

i am probably going to leave a little early and may be gone by then but I can put you in touch with a bunch of my climbing buddies here

they will want to know:
what grades can you lead/follow?

how long have you been climbing? Do you lead trad?

are you male or female (some climbers care about such things!)

rentals are cheap-about $85-220 per week but you would need a car which will cost more-about $300 per week, maybe a little less but I am very happy renting. I did the campervan route before and I like having a hot shower every day, a kitchen, fridge/oven/stove, laundry machine, internet...

this year is unusually cold and wet so you might get good weather when you are here. It is just getting nice now and should be several weeks or even a month or more before it gets very hot
