My name is Naomi. Some details for you to know. I am a glass aritst and I am helping my son, 25, as his housing fell through. I haven't helped him with housing ever as he has been on his own for years, but due to the urgent situation I am trying to help...he starts Culinary School @ Escoffier School in Table Mesa on April 22nd. He needs to be walking distance as school starts at 7am.
He has been living outside of Ned for years and is the kitchen manager at First Street Pub and Grill.
My husband and I lived here full time till 2 years ago when a job offer took us east...uggh..did not want to leave- We come back and forth to our Sugarloaf home as much as possible and prefer to be in Boulder...
Matt has a well trained Lab [ 2 years old] that he has had since a puppy. He is a down to earth guy....Would like something 420 friendly and needs to get out of Ned. He is super psyched for the school and will not have people over...not a major partier/etc.....It sounds like it could be a good fit...

I leave town on Tuesday super early and am hoping to help set up where he will be living. He got sort of screwed with the landlord that he was dealing with and the guy told us last minute that he had someone for the room that we were told from the roommates Matt was all set....For the first time is years we will be helping Matt with living expenses so there are no worries financially.

Anyway, lots more information than you need but I figure more is better than less.... please let Ryan know and he can call or text me and then I can put him in touch with Matt
